Who is responsible

VIA Travel Guides is published by a private individual established in Belgium, who is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

Controller: Gregory V.

For any question about your data, write to contact@viachiangmai.com.

What this site does not do

The site has no user accounts and no forms. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no audience measurement, no advertising and no social media buttons. Fonts and images are served by the site itself: while you read it, your browser contacts no other service.

Technical data needed to show the site

Like any website, this one receives technical data with each request from your browser: your IP address, the address requested, the date and time, the type of browser and, sometimes, the page you came from.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes these data on behalf of the publisher to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. The publisher has not enabled request logging for the site. Cloudflare describes its own practices in its privacy policy.

Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in running a site that works and stays secure (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and runs a network spread across many countries. Cloudflare states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you write to the publisher

If you send an email to contact@viachiangmai.com, your address and your message are used only to reply to you, and are kept no longer than that exchange requires. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering your message.
